Musician, Composer, Researcher and Santour (Dulcimer) Player
Pejman Taheri, born on 1970 in Gorgan, Iran, musician, composer, researcher and santour (dulcimer) player.
At the age of 7, he started playing Santour with Javad Davari, and learned Mirza Abdullah’s Radif with Majid Kiani.
After graduating from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Tehran University, Pejman Taheri turned to professional activity in the field of composition and band playing and has led the Iranian band that he founded in the same student years with his brother, Ardvan Taheri, until today.
